What is Spark CRM

Spark CRM is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management platform that helps businesses capture, organize, distribute, and manage leads from multiple sources in one centralized workspace. It supports the full lead journey—from first contact to assignment, follow-up, and conversion—so sales teams can respond faster and work more efficiently.

Key capabilities:
  • Lead Management: Centralize and organize incoming leads.
  • Lead Distribution: Automatically assign leads to the right sales users.
  • Meta Lead Ads Integration: Bring leads directly from Meta into Spark CRM.
  • Sales Pipeline: Track leads through each stage of the sales process.
  • Task & Follow-up Management: Create tasks and follow-ups so no lead is missed.
  • Communication: Manage customer communication and supported WhatsApp/calling workflows.
  • Workflow Automation: Automate repetitive sales processes.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor lead activity and sales performance.
  • Team Management: Manage users, roles, and permissions.
  • Organization-based Access: Keep data separated with role-based access controls.

Meta Lead Ads Integration

Connect your authorized Meta Lead Ads campaigns directly to Spark CRM and bring new leads into your sales workflow.

Spark CRM allows businesses to connect their authorized Meta Business assets and select the relevant Facebook Page and Lead Form. Once the integration is configured, new lead information generated through the connected Meta Lead Ads setup can be received by Spark CRM and managed within the organization's CRM workspace.

How it works

  1. 1. Connect Meta
Authorize your Meta account and securely connect the relevant business assets to Spark CRM.
  2. 2. Select Page & Lead Form
Choose the Facebook Page and Lead Form that you want to connect.
  3. 3. Activate Lead Sync
Save the integration and activate lead synchronization for the selected configuration.
  4. 4. Receive New Leads
New lead events from the authorized Meta Lead Ads integration can be delivered to Spark CRM.
  5. 5. Manage Leads in Spark CRM
Leads can then be organized, assigned to team members, followed up, and managed through the sales pipeline.

Built for Sales Teams

With Meta Lead Ads Integration, Spark CRM helps businesses:

  • Capture incoming Meta leads in one CRM workspace
  • Reduce manual lead entry
  • Automatically distribute leads to sales users
  • Track lead status and follow-ups
  • Maintain organization-level access controls
  • Connect lead capture with the rest of the sales workflow

Data & Authorization

Spark CRM processes Meta Platform Data only to provide the CRM and lead-management services requested by the authorized customer. Customers control which Meta Business assets they authorize, and access to lead information within Spark CRM is governed by the organization's users and permissions.

Meta Lead Ads → Spark CRM → Lead Distribution → Follow-up → Sales

How Spark CRM Uses Meta Platform Data

Spark CRM uses authorized Meta Platform Data to retrieve and manage leads submitted through connected Meta Lead Ads forms. The data is used to create and manage lead records, assign leads to authorized sales users, enable follow-ups, and support sales reporting. Spark CRM does not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated purposes or sell customer lead data.
